Red Guitar Pick
The FATpick Blog

The only way to create a FATpick account is within the app itself, by tapping on the "Sign Up" button on the home screen.

When you create your FATpick account you will enter an email address and password that we'll use to verify your identify going forward.

After your account is created you may also add a "nickname" or username. This is how you will be identified to other users on things like song high-score boards.

To log in to your account within the app click on the "Log In" button on the home screen. You will be asked to provide your password and either your username or your email address to identify your account. (Passwords are case sensitive, of course, but both username and email address are case insensitive.)

Once you are logged in you have the option to change any of your account information (including your email address, nickname and password) by going to the "My Account" screen.

You can also manage your account on the web by going to or clicking the "Log In" link that appears in the upper-right of most pages on You can authenticate with your password and either your email address or username, just like in the app.

Should you forget your password, go to the password reset request form and enter your username or your email address. If the identifier you entered matches one we have on file, we will send you an email with a link that you can use to create a new password. Both the online and in-app log in form include a link to that page.

Note that for security reasons our password reset process will not tell you whether or not the username or email address you entered matches one of our known accounts. Also note that the app will generally remember and auto-fill the log in form with the username that was last used to log-in to that app, so if you forget which identifier you used you may be able to find the information by looking at the log-in form in the app.

If you would like us to delete your account and remove your information from our system, please contact our support team via email, or via this online form or via the in-app feedback mechanism.

Also free free to reach out to FATpick support if you have any other problems, concerns or questions about the log-in process or your FATpick account.
