The FATpick app writes error messages and other basic debugging information to a small text file on your local hard drive.
If you run into an unexpected problem with FATpick it's possible the log will contain information that can help our support team troubleshoot the issue.
There is a button in the app that will upload the contents of that error log to our servers where our support team can review it. To do this:
Click the gear/cog button to open the main "Settings" menu.
Click "General" to open the "General Settings" menu.
Enable "Show Advanced Options" by clicking the toggle switch with that label. This will display additional settings and controls throughout the app.
Scroll down to the "Logs" section and click the "Upload Logs" button. This will send the error logs to the FATpick support team.
